01What Quorra does
Quorra routes a payment you make on one chain to another asset: SOL in a dev wallet that launches your coin on pump.fun, StonkFun or Raydium LaunchLab (the Quorra platform), or any supported asset for a swap. For a StonkFun pair other than SOL, the dev wallet first swaps SOL into that token through Jupiter. Routes are filled by third-party providers such as NEAR Intents 1Click and Relay.
Tokenised stocks and pre-IPO tokens (StonkFun xStock and pre-stock pairs) are not offered to US persons.
02Your funds
Swaps: you pay the provider's deposit address directly and Quorra never holds the funds. Launches: you pay a one-time Quorra address, which forwards the payment to the provider within minutes. The coin's dev wallet is held by Quorra for you and acts only on actions signed with your claim key. Every route is public: the paying chain, address and amount stay visible on the explorers.
03Pay from a wallet you control
Withdrawals and refunds go back to the address that paid. If you pay from an exchange, you may not be able to receive them. Use a wallet you control.
04The claim key
The claim key is made in your browser. We only keep its public half and cannot recover it. Anyone holding the key can manage the coin it belongs to.
05Fees
Launch, swap and withdrawal: 0.5%, included in the quote (a SOL launch: in the amount to send). Creator fees are 100% yours. Network and provider costs are shown in the quote before you pay.
06Quotes, minimums and refunds
Quotes are valid for the time shown. A payment that arrives late is still processed at a new quote, or refunded. Payments below the minimum, on the wrong network, or that no route can fill are refunded by the provider to the refund address.
07Reviews and holds
An order can be put on hold for a manual review. While it is on hold the funds are safe and not moved. Contact us with the order ID.
08Risk
Memecoins are volatile and can go to zero. Nothing on this site is financial advice. You are responsible for the coins you launch and the content you attach to them.
09Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using Quorra after a change means you accept it.
